Delivery outside of  these locations will incur an additonal fee .70 per mile

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a text message and an email as a reminder for pickup.

Please respond to the email or text to verify pickup.

You will have 1 hour to pickup your order.

 

If you place an order online from the LOCAL PICKUP menu:

• After placing your order, you’ll receive an email within 24 hours to confirm your date and schedule pickup. Please feel free to add your desired pickup date in the checkout notes.

• Please allow up to 72 hours for order preparation as all desserts are made fresh with love.

• Dubai Bars, Cups, and or Brownies may take longer depending on availability.

• Same-day orders are not available.

Late/Missed Pickups:

We understand life happens, but communication is key. Please respect your pickup time.

• A $10 late fee applies if you arrive more than 20 minutes past your scheduled pickup window.

• The fee will be invoiced to your email.

Refunds:
All Sales are Final due to the nature of our products. Once all payments have been made there are no refunds.

In the event that there is an emergency and Sweet Bue's Dessert Studio is not able to provide your order, for a partially and/or fully paid order, you will receive a refund for any amount paid after the non-refundable retainer.

Allergy Disclaimer:
Please be advised that our products may contain allergens or have come in contact with peanuts, tree nuts, coconut, soy, milk, eggs, wheat or gluten.

Submitting the cake inquiry forms helps us review your request and inspiration photos. This does not secure your order just yet—we’ll first confirm if your date is available.

• If your date is unavailable: We’ll notify you by email.

• If your date is available: We'll notify you by email and send an invoice to the email provided.

Payments

• Orders over $200 require a 30% retainer (non-refundable) within 24 hours to hold your date.

• The remaining balance is due 1 week before your event.

• Orders under $200 must be paid in full at the time of invoice.

• All sales are final. Once payment is complete, we cannot offer refunds or make changes.

• Please double-check your invoice details before making payment.

• Rush orders (needed within 7 days) may be available with a $50 fee.

Contracts:
2 Tier cakes or $250+ pickup/delivery orders will include a contract that must be signed before an invoice is sent. If contract isn’t signed you will not receive an invoice for payment.

Privacy:

Any information collected during a Transaction, Email Sign Up, or Placing an order form will never be shared nor sold to any third party ever. Any pictures submitted to Sweet Bue's Dessert Studio of our products/events can be used for promotional or commercial purposes without notice to said individual and without payment where there isn’t a contact in order before pictures are taken & submitted stating so.
