By submitting this order form, it does not secure your order, it gives us a chance to review your order form and inspiration photos. Once form and photos have been reviewed, we will review desired date and make sure your date is available.
If the date is not available an email will be sent to the email address provided to inform you the date is booked.
If the desired date is available, an electronic invoice will be sent to the email address provided by customer to submit payment. A 30% retainer is required orders over $200 to secure date. Retainer payment must be received within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Once the retainer is received your order will be confirmed and the date added to the calendar.
Final payment must be received in full 1 week before the event, a reminder email will be sent. If you fail to pay the remaining payment by the due date your order will be canceled and filled with another inquiry.
All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All orders under $200 must be paid in full at the time of receiving the invoice.
If you receive an invoice, please review ALL the details within the invoice and let us know if you have any questions or corrections before submitting final payment.
Please Note: All sales are final due to the nature of our product. Once the full payment is received there are no refunds. There will be no changes after the final payment has been made. If there is a rush (7 days or less of due date), there is a fee of $50, if there is availability.
